Full Wedding Planning

Planning the day that you have your heart set on can seem overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. We have the contacts, the knowledge and the experience to achieve your vision, as well as giving you a journey you will enjoy! We will work with you from the very beginning, discussing ideas and design, creating a mood board so you can visualise your day, then curating your day with the best venue and suppliers. We only offer 5 full planning services a year to give every couple the time they need and deserve.

From our first meeting to supplier searching and all the way to the special day, we will be there by your side everyt step of the way.

Design & Planning

• Initial planning sessions to discuss ideas and inspiration, and to give guidance on a style concept, including mood boards for the design and colour palettes.
• Expenditure planning, taking your budget and allocating it to certain areas.
• Venue searching and booking. All venue viewings will be booked and attended with you or on your behalf.
• A wedding plan created and completed with full information for both of us, all suppliers, and the venue.
• No complicated planning systems. All planning documents will be shared with you.

Supplier & Guest Management

• Supplier searching and booking the best suppliers in the area who are perfect for your wedding style.
• We will communicate frequently throughout the planning process.
• Venue viewing as required.
• Booking of all supplier appointments.
• Wedding administration, including RSVPS, menu choices, dietary requirements, etc.

Tailored 1:1 Support

• Regular meetings and support to discuss your wedding plans.
• Full running order produced for the final week leading up to the wedding and for the wedding day.
• Bespoke quotation based on your unique requirements.
